Today’s main topic in a new episode of The Division’s State of the Game was more or less a repetition of the last SotG, simply to also introduce and welcome players on PlayStation 4 to the new features that were released due to update 1.3 during the maintenance.
Here’s another info sheet that lists the key features of the latest update. Full patch notes can be found here.
Some of the known issues (changelog) have been already fixed today, however a client-side patch is required to fix other problems like the recalibration of certain weapons or the annoying mega-map loading bug.
Although the final date for this one hasn’t been announced yet, it’s planned to be rolled out at the end of this week or early next week.
Regardless of this patch, there will be another server maintenance session this Thursday, July 7th.
- The 3 new outfits (Ghost Recon, Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six) should be available to everyone in the Ubisoft Club.
- Hight Value Targets are now scaling up to NPC level 33, so they can actually drop GS 268 items.
- The Gear Score of an item in the Underground Cache is determined when it drops (based on your “theoretical Gear Score” and not when you open it.
I did investigate this afterwards. What happens is that the Gear Score is determined when you drop the cache (based on your “theoretical Gear Score”), but the item you get is determined when you open it.Yannick Banchereau, Community Developer @ reddit
