Ubisoft has published a new cinematic trailer at the E3 2018 media briefing which focuses on the game’s story and shows the current state of society after the outbreak.
Civilians have grouped up together in settlements to rebuild society, but their existence is under a constant threat as enemy factions are on a lookout. Whether civilians, friendly, or enemy factions, each of them is following its own vision for rebuilding D.C. and striving to survive.
In The Division 2, a new system called Settlements is now in place and responsible for interactions between you and the people around you.
Keep them safe and in turn get aid and supplies to build up your Base of Operations, but also to get support when fighting enemies and reclaiming as well as defending areas of Washington D.C.
