That's a very fair question. Just keep in mind that ETF Charlie was focused on Year 2 as a whole not just 1.7 (actually a lot of the discussions were more about 1.8 stuff). We're not excluding the idea to have ETF Delta, but right now we still have a lot of work to do following the discussions we had during the last ETF.
