UPDATE: The issue should be fixed now. If you still see the mode as Offline, please make sure to log off from the game, wait about 10 minutes, and log back in. This should send you to a new server and resolve the issue. If you're on Xbox One, please also make sure you activated the DLC in your in-game store.

UPDATE: We fix something on Steam. Those of you who couldn't access Survival, could you please make sure to restart Steam entirely and try again? Let me know if it helped.

Some players managed to get in after validating their game files on Steam, have you guys tried that?
