Set Item Drop Locations

Update 1.4 changed the way of how and where Gear Set items can be obtained. Finding them and building a set might take a while, but it's worth it if you want to max out your character.

If you are now looking for a specific set piece, you could just play one of the three currently available Incursions:

  • Falcon Lost: Gloves, Mask
  • Clear Sky: Chest, Holster
  • Dragon’s Nest: Backpack, Kneepads

Please keep in mind that vendor stocks are refreshing every few hours, so if you don't see them now, simply come back later.

The nerf sucks on this set. They should have left it alone or at least give it a six piece bonus perk as well. You can no longer get the full value from this armor and combine it with a pair of another set. Same goes for Sentries strike.

Im actually with you on that. You barely hear anyone say i have the striker set. The nerf made it so that you need to work for the damage while everyone else will be powerful from the get go. They should reduced the crit damage to 50% but 20% crit damage from 100 is cutting it a bit much.

I’m playing Deadeye with two pieces of Blind on one character, and started a second so I can pick up two supply drops instead of just one, with that one, as soon as I hit level 30, I put him in 4 pieces of Blind with two pieces of Hunter’s Faith. I do just fine with that one, although my Toughness is low and DPS is low, as long as I keep a pulse active and use Marksman rifle, i drop things pretty good. The four piece perk triggers quite a bit, however they aren’t very often packed into a group to do much good. I don’t see how people can get their Skill power up above 30k, have 700k toughness and close to 400k DPS. I don’t see any armor or mod combination to achieve that. If I try to achieve that with anything, something suffers. However, as long as you can get a decent crit chance and damage, then you can sacrifice the firearms. I’ve seen people go with Alpha Bridge for the weapon perks and someone with Reclaimer in the mix is a good combination. That Reclaimer guy is pretty valuable.

It’s hard but possible, most people use perks off Gold armour to get the skill power up and focus on firearms and toughness stats wise for their gear rolls. Getting an armour bonus on all your mods is an easy way to sky rocket Toughness without sacrificing other skills, so like. 200 Skill or Firearms mod with an armour bonus raises two skills with only one mod.

I’m building a Striker set, but I tend to think this works best against the NPC than actual players. Fighting NPC it’s easier to get a stationary target whereby you can have a ton of consecutive hits. I human player is going to move and adjust. You might get 10 shots in on a human, but they move and you start losing that bonus. An NPC, you can throw in 20-25 shot (and likely kill them) as the bonus damage piles. — Does anyone else think the same?

Yes the striker 4 piece bonus is totally useless in PVP. Also I find the PP19 is incredible combined with Striker, a high RPM SMG capable of holding over 100 rounds is perfect for the set bonus.
