Players who have crafted a High-End Backpack have a pretty rough and hard time these days as some of their interactions might have locked them out from the game completely, resulting in infinite loading screens and the possibility of not being able to access/play it anymore since then. But not only for the players, apparently also for the developers it was really difficult to identify and reproduce the source of this game-breaking problem.
Fortunately Community Manager Natchai has recently announced in the official forums, that the team behind The Division was now able to create a bugfix that will resolve this problem.
The downside of this is that it requires a client-side patch, that can only be deployed on April 12th the earliest. This is also the day where the “Incursions” update v1.1 and other features will go live. So 9 days from now.
We will be deploying a fix in update 1.1 on April 12th that should resolve instances of the infinite loading/backpack issue. Due to this fix requiring a client patch, we cannot deploy it at an earlier date. We thank you for your patience.Natchai, Ubisoft CM on The Division
If you haven’t experienced this problem yet, you can be happy and should definitely avoid attaching mods to items you are not using/putting them into a newly crafted High-End Backpack.
Of course this is by far not the only bug that is currently in the game, but definitely one of the most annoying ones for players at the moment. Also the problem of not getting all the skins/outfits from game pre-orders or even the Season Pass are still present and will hopefully be fixed soon. Besides that, you should report bugs and issues you are experiencing in the official forums or contact Ubisoft Support directly, because this also helps the team to prioritize them correctly.
You may contact our Ubisoft Support by means of Webmail, Phone, Forums, and more. Contacting us via any of these channels will assist us in addressing any issues you may experience during your time playing.
Thank you and enjoy!
